Top up in USD. Each send deducts the destination-country price. Routella applies a 3× markup below $0.10 cost and 1.5× above. Top-up bonuses: +10% at $50, +15% at $150, +20% at $500.

Smart Routing

Google Routes API powered — traffic-aware ETAs and multi-stop ordering. $5/mo includes 100 routing stops each cycle; need more, buy a flat routing pack (no metering, never expires).

Routella WhatsApp

It depends on how you signed up. Merchants installed through the Shopify App Store are billed through the Shopify Billing API — charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Everyone else is billed directly by Routella. Plans, prices, and features are identical.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings. Shopify merchants get prorated by Shopify. Direct customers get prorated by Routella.
