Drivers capture a handwritten touchscreen signature and photos at the moment of delivery, GPS-stamped where location is available. You can make signature and/or photo mandatory, so a driver can't mark a stop done without it — which settles 'I never got it' disputes fast. They can also scan a barcode or QR code with the phone camera, no scanner gun needed.
