Keep a list of regular customers

What it is

Regular customers is a list you build yourself, for example a café that gets plants every Tuesday or an office that orders water every month. Each regular customer can have one or more saved places and repeating delivery plans. It is not a list of everyone who ordered: orders from your connected stores are not copied into it.

Why it matters

You stop retyping the same name and address for every repeat delivery. A plan remembers the day, the time and the items, so a regular delivery is not forgotten, and every delivery to that customer stays in one timeline.

Step by step

   Open Regular customers

   Choose Regular customers in the menu, or tap Regulars in the top bar of your board.

   Add the customer and their place

   Tap Add a regular customer and type their name, phone and email. Then add the place you deliver to, with its address and any notes for the driver.

   Set a repeating plan

   Add a delivery plan: how often (for example every Tuesday), the time and the items. Each date is then planned for you, and you can skip or move one date without changing the rest.

   Use them in a manual order

   When you add a manual order, start typing the name and choose the regular customer. Their saved place fills in the address.

Tips

• Looking for someone who ordered from your store? Use Search: it finds orders by name, phone or address.
• Saved the same customer twice? Open one of them and merge it into the other.
